1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and businesses.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected product(s). The contract is concluded once we confirm your order via email.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT (if applicable).

Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Klarna

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide.

Delivery times are indicated on the respective product page.

If a product is not available, we will inform you without delay.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you received the goods.

You may use a clear statement (e.g. email) to inform us of your decision.

6. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (unless otherwise required by law), without undue delay.

You must return the goods within 14 days after informing us of the withdrawal.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

9. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Final Provisions

German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
