We’re Elena and Dorothee - friends, collaborators, and co-creators for more than eleven years. What began during our studies grew into a shared journey of exploring purpose, awareness, and the ways we shape our inner and outer worlds. Over time, we noticed how naturally our strengths fit together: science and energy, structure and intuition, reflection and creation.

Elena — Energy, Intuition & the Science of Change

Elena’s journey is rooted in a deep fascination with the brain and the subtle ways thought becomes experience. Currently training in neuroscience-based coaching, she explores how neural pathways, energy, and intention shape the way we perceive and create our reality. Through her work as a yoga teacher, sound therapist, and aromatherapist, she bridges science with intuition to support holistic transformation. Sound, in particular, has shown her how vibration - something invisible yet profoundly felt - can shift our state of being and gently guide us back into harmony. Her work is devoted to helping people reconnect with who they truly are and tap into the creative power that lives within them.

Dorothee — Awareness, Clarity & Inner Space

Dorothee has always been guided by curiosity about the “why” behind our thoughts, choices, and behaviors. Her path led her to yoga, meditation, and mindfulness coaching, where she discovered how inner awareness shifts outer reality. As a certified yoga and meditation teacher, and mindful business and life coach, she supports people in navigating change by creating space - within the mind, the body, and life itself - so they can connect to their inner intelligence and move forward with clarity.

Together, we created this workbook to offer a space where reflection meets action, science meets soul, and vision becomes reality - one conscious step at a time.
